What you receive

Who reviews your assessment

A consultant psychiatrist on the GMC Specialist Register or a senior specialist prescriber reviews your assessment.

We match you by clinical need. Your report names your clinician and their qualifications.

If you are not diagnosed

A diagnosis is not guaranteed. Your assessment and written report remain free, whatever the outcome. There is no obligation to buy ongoing care. Your report explains what the clinician found and suggests next steps.

What is not included

Medication, charged separately by the pharmacy.
Psychology or talking therapy.
Occupational therapy.

Inside the assessment

This is what you will actually be doing.

No waiting room, no fifty-minute appointment where you try to remember your childhood on the spot. You work through it in your own time, in as many sittings as you need.

The guided interviewYou answer one question at a time, with a progress indicator showing where you are. Choose between a chatbot or a mix of our Mindora custom avatars. In future you can even build your own avatar!

Questionnaires you can pauseValidated questionnaires, completed at your own pace. Everything saves as you go, so you can do it in as many sittings as you need.

Inviting an informantYou can invite someone who knows you (a partner, parent or friend) to add their perspective. It takes them about five minutes and logs directly on the platform.

The report you receiveA full written report from the reviewing clinician: what they found, what it means, and what they recommend including bespoke suggestions tailored to your specific patterns. Written so it can be shared with your GP.
