Terms of Service

Updated for the free-assessment offer (Draft — Requires Final Approval)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mindora platform and services, including our website, ADHD and autism assessment tools, digital avatar coaching, and related support services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Mindora Ltd is registered in England and Wales (company number 16543991); registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. ICO reference: ZC006816.

2. Services Provided

Mindora provides technology platform services only. Clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment, are provided by independent clinicians who use the Mindora platform and are solely responsible for those services.

Mindora Ltd provides the technology. Assessments and treatment are provided by [registered provider name], registered with the Care Quality Commission ([CQC number]).

3. Fees and Payment

Current offer for new customers. Existing customers retain their accepted agreement. Read historical agreements.

Free AI pre-consultation. You can complete an AI-guided pre-consultation at no cost. It gathers information for a clinician. It is not a diagnosis and does not create any payment obligation.

Free Mindora ADHD assessment. The full clinician assessment and written report are free, whatever the outcome. With your consent, a report is also sent to your GP. There is no report surcharge, care-package commitment or obligation to continue. An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. Bookings and checkout remain unavailable until the clinical service and payments are approved for launch.

mindoraONE (optional annual package). Only after your assessment and clinical clearance, you may explicitly choose: (a) £56/month for 12 months (£672 total); or (b) £500 upfront for one year, saving £172 compared with monthly payments. Nothing is selected automatically. The package includes clinical reviews and clinically appropriate prescribing, titration, follow-ups and an annual review. Mindora’s digital coaching system, including voice journaling and optional calendar and email connections to help manage everyday life, is planned for January 2027; these features are not available yet. Availability will be confirmed before enrolment. Calendar and email access requires your permission. The annual price stays fixed if your GP takes over prescribing under shared care. Medication and pharmacy costs are separate. Prescribing is not guaranteed and depends on clinical judgement.

Commitment and cancellation for mindoraONE. Once you have chosen and agreed to mindoraONE, it is a fixed annual commitment and is not cancel-anytime, subject always to your statutory rights, including any cooling-off rights, and to the following exceptions: where a clinician decides that continued treatment is not clinically appropriate, or where we fail to provide the services as agreed, the remaining payments will be reviewed and you will not be charged for services that cannot be provided. There is no automatic membership, further payment or renewal at the end of the package.

Additional letters and bespoke paperwork*

Optional letters, forms, reports and professional correspondence outside your included assessment or care package are charged at £250 per 30 minutes or part thereof, with a minimum charge of £250. For example, up to 30 minutes costs £250; 31–60 minutes costs £500. We will explain the scope and estimated total cost and obtain your written agreement before starting. Any additional work exceeding the agreed scope requires further approval.

This charge does not apply to your included assessment and written report, communication included in your care package, complaints, or requests to exercise your statutory data-protection rights. Your included GP report is sent with your consent. We do not charge this professional-work rate simply to resend an existing report.

Requests for copies of existing records, including lost copies, are handled separately under applicable data-protection law. Subject access requests are normally free and do not need to use that name. Where the law permits a fee, it will be reasonable, based on administrative costs, and explained before it is charged—not automatically charged at the rate above. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Care period. If you choose to continue, your year of care starts when you enrol in the annual programme after assessment. The monthly option is twelve monthly payments; the upfront option covers the same year. The annual review is included.

New-customer offer. These are the planned launch prices. Final availability and full terms will be confirmed before enrolment. Prices for future new customers may change; terms you have already accepted remain unchanged.

Mindora Ongoing. £25/month for digital coaching and periodic clinical reviews, only if you explicitly opt in after your package ends. If you were diagnosed elsewhere, you can request a clinical review and complete an eligibility form; ongoing is offered only if a clinician approves, and there is no automatic prescription. Cancel any time. Nothing renews automatically. Full terms, including cancellation and statutory rights, are shown before any payment. Adult autism and child ADHD are coming soon, not open for new enrolments.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Current prices do not replace previously accepted agreements.
