2. Services Provided

Mindora provides technology platform services only. Clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment, are provided by independent clinicians who use the Mindora platform and are solely responsible for those services.

Mindora Ltd provides the technology. Assessments and treatment are provided by [registered provider name], registered with the Care Quality Commission ([CQC number]).

3. Fees and Payment

Historical agreements archive. Existing customers retain their accepted agreement. See current terms.

Separate assessment-first account pathway. The following staged choices, prices and payment provisions describe the existing account pathway and any agreements already accepted under it, not the public offer above. They do not change any accepted historical contract. The adult ADHD subscription price shown at the applicable checkout covers the included platform and clinical pathway services. There is no separate adult ADHD assessment or dose-finding purchase under that agreement.

Assessment-first account pathway. Under this separate assessment-first pathway for adult ADHD or adult autism, the initial stage is £79 per month for two months (£158 total), covering assessment and the initial combined clinical/coaching review. No charge beyond these two payments is made while either service is delayed. Only once both are completed and confirmed by the team can you explicitly choose: combined care at £79/month for a further 16 months (£1,422 overall); £1,121 once for those remaining 16 months (£1,279 overall, saving £143); human coaching and digital support without prescribing at £25/month for a new minimum 18 months (£450, separate from the initial £158); or leave with no further programme charge for this programme. Human coaching session details will be confirmed before enrolment. No option is selected automatically. Existing agreements and payment obligations are not replaced or cancelled by these choices. The selected route, price, payment frequency and total commitment are shown before payment and must be expressly acknowledged. The services provide assessment and clinician-led care, not a guaranteed diagnosis. Medication is optional and subject to clinical appropriateness. Combined care includes prescribing fees; medication and pharmacy charges are separate. Human coaching-only does not include prescribing.

Optional ongoing care. After the combined 18-month programme, the pathway ends unless you expressly select optional ongoing care at £25 per month. It is not preselected and it is not added automatically. Ongoing care includes digital coaching and prescribing, subject to clinical appropriateness. This is separate from the human coaching-only branch.

Integrated reviews. Every two months, a Mindora-trained clinician reviews symptoms and relevant digital coaching data, providing personalised feedback, coaching recommendations and a clear action plan. Patients can set goals, track progress and complete a short pre-review check-in. Existing customers retain their accepted prices, allowances and terms; this account pathway does not amend historical contracts.

Cancellation. You can cancel online from your account. The initial obligation is two payments only. Any further programme commitment requires an explicit account decision after assessment and initial review. Purchases are closed; saved decisions are not paid activation. During a separately accepted continuation term, the agreed obligations apply, subject to statutory rights and service-failure remedies. If you selected optional ongoing care, cancellation after the fixed term takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A diagnosis outcome or GP shared care does not automatically end the fixed pathway and does not limit your cancellation or statutory rights. GP shared care requires GP agreement. Combined care remains £79/month with ongoing reviews and GP liaison every two months, without automatic downgrade; upfront patients have no additional programme monthly charges.

Cooling-off under the separate assessment-first account pathway. You may cancel within 14 days of joining either pathway for a full refund, less the cost of any care already provided in that period. To exercise a cooling-off cancellation, contact us and the refund is processed to your original payment method.
