- An AI pre-consultation at no cost. It gathers information for the clinician. It is not a diagnosis.
- Assessment
- The full clinician ADHD assessment and written report are free, whatever the outcome. No obligation to buy care. For adults 18 and over.
- Reports and letters
- Your written report is included, and a GP report is sent with your consent. There is no report surcharge. Bespoke additional letters are provided only by a separately agreed quote. There is no blanket charge for accessing your existing records.
- Diagnosis
- An assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. If you are not diagnosed, or do not want treatment, your assessment and report remain free. Care never starts automatically.
- mindoraONE, optional
- Only after your assessment and clinical clearance can you choose: £56/month for 12 months (£672 total), or £500 upfront for one year (saving £172). Includes clinical reviews and clinically appropriate prescribing. Digital coaching with voice journaling and optional calendar and email connections is planned for January 2027, not available yet. Availability will be confirmed before enrolment.
- Not included
- Medication and pharmacy costs are separate. They are never charged through Mindora.
- Shared care
- The annual price stays fixed if your GP takes over prescribing under shared care. We stay your specialist for reviews.
- Commitment
- Once chosen, mindoraONE is a fixed annual package, not cancel-anytime, subject to your statutory rights and the clinical and service-failure exceptions in our terms. No automatic membership, further payment or renewal.
- Afterwards, optional
- Mindora Ongoing at £25/month: digital coaching and periodic clinical reviews. Only starts if you opt in. Cancel any time.
